For clients who prefer to supply their own cleaning materials and equipment, we offer a discounted rate. This is a great option for those who already have their favourite products or prefer to use Eco-friendly alternatives.

 

What you'll need to provide:

 

Client Instruction Checklist 

Here is a product and equipment checklist that we ask all our clients to have:

 Clothes in a range of colour (more than one of each will be required)

• Blue clothes for Kitchen
• Red clothes for Toilets
• Green Bathroom & En-Suite
• Dusting - Skirting boards etc
• White Outside front / back doors

Equipment's required

• Above multi-coloured clothes required (preferably Microfiber cloths)
• Sponges
• Toothbrush
• Bin Bags (various sizes to fit your bins)
• Long handled duster
• Disposable gloves
• Dustpan & Brush
• Mop & Bucket or Speed mop version will be suitable
• Vacuum cleaner (with HEPA filter and replaceable bags if applicable)
• Suitable storage container or cupboard for to store all materials and equipment's
• Anti-bacterial wipes or spray (spray version is preferable)
• Kitchen cleaning spray or multi-purpose cleaner
• Bathroom cleaning spray or multi-purpose cleaner
• Limescale remover spray
• Toilet cleaner (brush for each toilet)
• Furniture polish
• Window / glass cleaner
• Floor cleaning liquid or Floor wipes (please ensure either is suitable for all floor types or separate cleaning products for types of floor)

 

The Terms & Condition of Service Budget Service is Non-Negotiable.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse service if the supplies provided are not suitable and that all above is not suitable prior to our arrival any item’s short will have an affect on our service and we will not carry out the job in hand unless we use any of our materials or equipment, in which case you will be charged at our standard rate a minimum of £35.00 (minimum 2 hours). A Form will be issued that you accept the above mentioned conditions. Failure to sign this will involve immediate cancellation of cleaning service and a charge of £35.00 will apply plus additional cost. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary supplies and all equipment in good working condition.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal equipment.
